How to Order
Orders can be made securely and easily online using PayPal and your credit card. Just use the shopping cart set-up on this site. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "PayPal MIQUETTEONLINE"
If you'd prefer to pay via check or money order, please email your order to info@ilovemyOM.com and we will be happy to get back to you with more information. You will receive an email confirming your order.
Custom orders will be very similar, but may take longer.
The exact OMs pictured on this website are representative characters and may not always be exact. There may be differences in sculpture details and paint colors. This is what makes your OM a special and unique work of art.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 5 business days using the United States Postal Service Priority mail.
Shipping is done with Standard USPS Parcel Post, or Priority Mail.
Charges are calculated using estimated weights.
International Orders
International orders to countries outside the U.S. are accepted if you pay using PayPal.
International shipping charges will apply.
Returns
We hope you'll be delighted with your order. But if not, returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Please email us and let us know you'll be returning your order and why before sending it. We suggest sending any returns via insured mail and packed very carefully. In the event your purchase is damaged when you receive it, email us immediately and we will make arrangements for replacement, repair or refund.
